Dorji Lopen Rinpoche has awarded the certificate of Rigchi Khaypai Chokzin, the PhD certificate, to four Lopens of the University for successfully completing their Doctoral program in Buddhist philosophy. Their eminences the Lopen Lhengye of CMB, Gyalsey Choktruel Rinpoche and cabinet ministers were also took part in the ceremony.
