Today coinciding the Auspicious Zakar of the 15th day of the lunar month and also in presence of the holy Kudung Rinpoche of HH the 68th Jekhenpo Kyabje Jitsen Tenzin Dondup, the University president Khenchen Kinzang Thinley, Khenpos and Lecturers along with more than 200 fully ordained monks has began its 45 days long Annual Summer Retreat. The summer retreat or Yarney is the one of the significant practice for the Bhikṣu and bhikṣuṇī in the Vinaya Sutra. ༄། །དེ་རིང་གཟའ་སྐར་མཆོག་ཏུ་དགེ་བའི་སྐབས་དང་བསྟུན་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་གི་ཚོགས་ཁང་བཀྲིས་ཡར་འཕེལ་གྱི་ཀུན་དགའ་རྭ་བའི་ནང་དུ་སྐྱབས་རྗེ་ཞིང་གཤེགས་དམ་པ་རྗེ་བཙུན་བསྟན་འཛིན་དོན་གྲུབ་དཔལ་བཟང་པོའི་སྡེ་གང་གི་སྐུ་གདུང་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུའི་མདུན་དུ་ཚོགས་གཙོ་མཁན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཀུན་བཟང་འཕྲིས་མཆོག་གིས་དབུ་བཞུགས་ཐོག་འདི་གའི་མཁན་སློབ་དང་དགེ་འདུན་པ་ཞལ་གྲངས་༢༠༠་ལྷག་ཙམ་གྱིས་སྟོན་པའི་བསྟན་པ་དམ་ཆོས་འདུལ་བའི་བསླབ་གཞི་བཅུ་བདུན་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་དབྱར་གནས་པའི་དུས་བཟང་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་འགོ་འཛུགས་གནང་ཡོད་པའི་མཐོང་སྣང་དད་པའི་ས་བོན།
